new patch, what you like and don't like about it

So everyone knows there's a new patch.
I want to know what you guys think about it?

here are my impressions of the patch

(not necessarily in order)

Likes:
1) They made it easier to obtain Mystic Stone.
2) Items that are bought with gold (except pet gear) can be obtained from caskets.
3) there are new trinkets available
3) The reduced lag
4) no more trinket glitchin'
5) brigands will now drop treasure regardless of your level

Dislikes:
1) THEY MADE MYSTIC STONES HELLUVA LOT EASIER TO OBTAIN. (there's nothing epic about epics anymore)
2) Bound items can no longer be unbound thru refining.
3) They made the pet gears a lot more expensive than they used to be
4) Riches are somewhat much better than aces now
5) Speedhacks are back
6) FCs can now be acquired thru Farming mobs
5) brigands will now drop treasure regardless of your level

maybe if they didn't make mystics so easy to get i wouldn't have had to make this thread

Just wait, in a week or two alot of ppl will have epics w/ junior/senior pet eggs that have full savey...

ZU will be alot more boring (than it already is, You'll know what i'm talking about once you reach 180) after these coming weeks... no more character diversity.. no more "My equips are better than yours" no more fun..

Hope u r doing fine. The happy thing is that this is my first post. Yeah!!!! but the sad thing is that i will not be able to play ZU for a while.

Not because i do not want to but due to a bug caused by the patch @_@. I cant login! Ya tell me about it!

I was yelling at Stany, Cindy and Mao but they cant do anything.. So i dun know when i will be back... sob sob...

This sucks big time!!!

Hmm HuoHu, can't login as in...

1) Able to login using user id and password, but not able to login character.
2) Unable to login to user account using user id and password.
3) Unable to download patch through patch downloader.
4) Failed to patch to 1.4.06 successfully

Which one do you fall under?

If it is no. 1, do you get an error messages when you try to login? Example, "Character has been refused entry to the world", etc.

If it is no. 2, you can try to see if you could login to www.igg.com first. If you are not able to do so, try to reset your password and see how it goes =D.

If it is no. 3, you can probably try to download the newer Full version. Reinstall and start Zu Online to try again.

If it is no. 4, could be your firewall is blocking the network transfer, you may try to turn it off and allow it to patch through then turn it back on again.

If all else fails, try to install zu online on another pc then login from there. Or get a close friend to try to login for you =D.

Dislike:
1. Too easy to obtain valuable items (MS,FC,gold items)
2. Gold requirement for too many things (item mall, refine, powder, need more gold)
3. Nothing new is added to keep post-180 fun (new maps, quests, bosses, equips, lvl cap, guild expansion, guild mansion)
4. Bound item can't be unbound
5. Repair cost is very high (about 1-3k per death, its stacks up if you don't repair, epic and suit cost even more to repair)
6. Border guards respawn rate increase (lower def/hp class will die much quicker now)
7. Tbear's spam, Nadia's aggression, Troje's imitation of guards, Blocky, Lmoy's luck, fugly girl, BFs, Bob's attention span, people with shinier epics

Like:
1. Good items can be found in caskets (just too easily and too often)
2. Award giver
3. Talent reset price reduced
4. 5000 gold (too bad this won't last long due to heavy gold requirement to progress)
5. My shiny epics

one more major thingie is they fked up CT through amusment park. Just imagine the route one has to take for CT from SL to GC now (SL>MT>HEX>DW>MBP>DC>GC) .... wtf .... Now i think IV to BM is very easy

That screws up our bones generation per head ... and yes they have an answer fer tht .... simple thing ... buy items with gold !!!!!

Refining and Soul Bound Locks are now bought by only gold ....

Also if you see in forum the lame answer our esteem super moderator SILVERAT gives is "It is not mandetory to use high up equips you can play with normal lvl1 -2 gear also I have seen ppl playing like that." WTF

This will make ppl leave ZU ONLINE once the gold and the bones they give freely.

Also for IGG if you dun wanna pay you can f*** off... As you are not the valued customer and we are not bound to listen to you. Also we dun do it fer charity we need to feed ourselves and our programmers...

So fer ppl like me the situation looks very disappointing and degrading the like to play ZU.

So ppl start searching fer some other game... It will be good if we need to move on from this game..

The game itself never hold great value but the ppl i met and FRIENDS i made here.. Thats the only thing dear and by this patch IGG is making the difference WIDER.

take the dragoncliff ride guard to travel from HC to DC

huphu i cant play either i was half way through downloading the patch and my computer crashed then when i tryed to get back into zu there was onlt 3 icons register enter and exit of course i triesd to enter but it loaded a black screen and just gave up so now i unistall all zu and now i have to download it again...yay

also they fucked up the route in IV - now u can fly throught fly guardian from Balck Forest To platform as we all did before - now u have to go to hexad portal by foot... LMFAO - this is kinda CRAZY !!!

well boys im kinda pissed men.. i worked my ass of for my full epic.. and people now can aquire MS so easily.. fok that shit.. i worked my ass sinds december 2007.. almost got rank 9 all epics.. and now they come with the crap update...

oh,guys,really,i can understand u (specially LMOY),n' well,dunno if IGG is sayin the truth 'bout increasin' game's population (seems the opposite way....),but as Moo said,we r gettin closer with all guildies,n' damn!!!just can't throw it away like any crap stuff.....so,hope to move to another game...but lets do a guild move!!!!!will be a hell of fun!!!!! talkin bout things i don't like...the "got gold,spend it now" stuff....at first,when i read the thread in the zu page....wow!!!!!!kinda of amazed!!!!!!but later,when i got online......WTF!!!everything cost gold...well,almost everything...but damn!!!!it freaked me out!!!!!!!!!oh,n' i never gonna spend a buck in a game....specially,1 like zu....nop

I guess that my opinions will pretty much be the same as others who have spoken in here. So here they are...

1. Zu will make it easier for me to quit this game. Say another 15-20 days or so?

Dislikes
1. Made it easier to explore all the aspects of the game. I hope you agree with me that the moment you come to know everything there is to know bout the game, its time to move on to another one. Same happened with me in conquer online and now same for Zu.
2. If Zu wants people who pay, might as well make it a post-beta game and not a beta one.
3. Bones are pretty much useless now.
4. Market system in Zu suxx (also before the patch).

So if you guys plan on to move to another game, count me in.

1. Casket gives better items.
2. You can get brigand loot from any brigand now.
3. there's no number 3.

Dislikes.
1. Most items cost gold.
2. Level cap been there for far too long.
3. Never get MS....
4. Almost everyone can have epic and superior now..
5. etc etc..

I'm quiting the game..
